In honor of her mother’s Mauritian roots and her father’s South Asian lineage, we continue our culinary tour of Africa by celebrating the layered identities that shape the diaspora. This special menu also pays tribute to Zain’s upbringing in Houston, Texas—a beautiful reflection of the immigrant experience and the art of weaving together multiple cultures.
